Mr. Antonio Álvarez-Ossorio with Mr. José Antonio Martín Pallín, Spanish Jurist, Judge Emeritus of the Supreme Court, member of the  Bioethical Committee of Spain, long-standing member of the Institute of Studies of the Canary Islands, member of the International Secretariat of Jurists for Amnesty and Democracy in Paraguay, of the Hispano-German Association of Jurists and of various special missions on human rights organized by Amnesty International (Venezuela, Mexico, Peru).
